Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The arbitrator shall be empowered to award money damages, subject to the limitations set forth in Section 1 of this Agreement, but shall not be empowered to award direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or specific performance. Each party shall bear its own costs relating to the arbitration proceedings irrespective of its outcome. This section provides the sole recourse for the settlement of any disputes arising out of, in connection with, or related to this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any action seeking injunctive relief shall be submitted to the courts and shall not be subject to this provision.
17. Entire Agreement.
